Should you have any issue with your Subscription or the Management of your account, do not hesitate to contact us:

* Directly on our Discord Server, using the #ticket-support chan to create a ticket describing your issue
* By email on <support@nzym.io>

Please do note that we are only using these two channels to efficiently receive and answer to customer support questions.

## Special Requests & Partnerships

Unlimited plans are not part of the standard offer but can be subscribed through a dedicated agreement with NZym.

We can also provide dedicated infrastructure and premium support to our Professional Partners.
