Subscription Plan

NZym has three subscription tiers ("Starter", "Standard", "Professional") plus one free flan (”Discover”) allowing you to test the main features. Pay month-to-month or for the entire year for a 20% discount.

Each subscription plan includes access to the NZym Avatar Gallery, NZym Studio, and the official Discord server.

Plan Comparison

* If you have subscribed at any point, you are free to use your images in just about any way you want. You must purchase the Professional plan if you are a company making more than $1,000,000 USD in gross revenue per year. For complete details, please see the Terms of Service

Subscribe to a Plan

How to Subscribe

Login or create an account on nzym.io.

Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the page and click on “My Profile”.

Select “Change Subscription”

Choose the Plan that best suit your needs and click on the “Subscribe Now” button for this Plan.

If you haven’t saved a card already, enter the information of your payment card and validate with the button “Set Card”

Click on the “Submit” button to validate your purchase. A confirmation message will appear in a green box at the bottom of your screen.

Your Plan is now validated:

• If you had no active Plan before, the new Plan is activated straight away and you will see the available credit in the top right corner of your screen, next to your Profile Picture

• If you already had a Plan, the new Plan is applied depending on whether you have upgraded or downgraded your subscription. See the Switch Plan section below for more details.

Payment Methods

Only payment methods supported by Stripe are currently accepted: credit or debit cards issued by services like Mastercard, VISA, or American Express. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, wire transfer, and similar methods are not supported.

Manage your Plan

Automatic Renewal

Your payment method on file with our third party payment processor will be automatically charged at the end of each monthly or annual billing period.

Unused credits does not roll over from one month to another, this is effective for both monthly and annual subscription.

Switch Plan

You can choose to switch from a Plan to another one at any time.

When upgrading, the new Plan is applied immediately. Until the end of the billing period of your initial Plan, the unused credits you had on the previous Plan are combined with the one you get with the new Plan you selected.

Example 1 - Monthly to Monthly Plan: Julia has a Monthly Starter Plan that will automaticly renew in 5 days. She still has 10 credits available. She decides to upgrade to a Monthly Professional Plan. The new Plan is applied immediately, granting her 2010 credits for the next 30 days: 2000 credits coming from the new Plan she subscribed to, and 10 credit she had on her previous plan.

Example 2 - Monthly to Annual Plan: Tom is using a Monthly Starter Plan that will renew in 15 days and he still has 60 credits available. He decides to switch to an Annual Standard Plan. The Annual Standard Plan applies immediately, granting him 500 credits right away for the next 30 days. He also gets 60 credits he had on his previous plan. These 60 credits are now also available for the next 30 days, resulting in 560 credits available immediatly. The month after that, he will get the 500 credits for the Annual Standard Plan.

Example 3 - Annual to Annual Plan: Christopher has an Annual Starter Plan that will end in 5 months. He decides to switch to a Annual Standard Plan. For the next 5 months, Christopher will be granted 600 credits at the beginning of each month: 500 credits for the Standard Plan and 100 credits for the Annual Starter Plan. From month 6 to month 12, Christopher will get 500 credits each month from the Annual Standard Plan.

When downgrading, the new Plan is always effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Example: Sophia has a Monthly Professional Plan that will automaticly renew in 10 days. She decides to switch to a Monthly Standard Plan. She will keep her Professional Plan for the last 10 days and, at the end of the period, the Standard Plan will automatically apply.

Note that, after switching from Plan A to Plan B, you need to wait for the end of Plan A or Plan B (whichever comes first) to select another Plan to switch to.

Cancel your Plan

You can choose to cancel your Plan at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Your current Plan benefits, like access to the Private Avatar Creation tool, are available until the end of the current billing cycle. After the cancellation, the Private Avatars you created or bought on the platform remain on your account and can still be used for image generation.

Credit Spend

Anytime you need to use credits to perform an action, the number of credits to be used is displayed in the Nzym interface, usually on the button you will click on.
